Our
Philosophy
Every
year tens of millions of travellers , pedestrians, business people, civil
servants and passengers lose their luggage, passports, identity cards and other valuable personal items. In 2015, 11.000
pieces of luggage were lost. It is estimated that nearly 6000 National Identity
Cards alone are lost every year while the cost of replacing is estimated at 2.800Fcfa
for each ID Card.
Many
of these personal items are lost and found; however large numbers of them are
not reunited with their owners as there are no details of the owners on the
lost and found items.
We
offer a Free-of-Charge service to assist in re-uniting persons, who declare
their lost items with us as soon as they are lost.
